Behaviour Interactive

At Behaviour Interactive I am the Director of Influencer Management, setting the global direction of Influencer management for current live games and those in development including Islands of Insight, The Casting of Frank Stone, What The Fog and Dead By Daylight (Chucky, Alan Wake, All Things Wicked, DbDnD) and two unannounced titles.

My role at Behaviour Interactive includes…

  • Set the vision for the Influencer Management team and oversee the strategy for marketing milestones from initial request to game release.
  • Coach and empower my team to leverage data-informed approaches and best-in-class project management to drive ROI across Digital, and empower my team to craft their own influencer marketing strategies and loyalty initiatives contributing to their professional development
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to establish, prioritize plan and deliver on short term and long term goals of our marketing strategies.
  • Develop project structure and workflows in Monday.com for the Influencer Management team and create OKRs and benchmark KPIs to predict and measure project success.
  • Be the team’s cheerleader, ensuring that roadblocks are removed, and that the team has a clear focus and priorities (and ways to track progress too)
  • Break down the SLT’s long term vision into incremental steps and communicating any planning, changes, and/or risks to all relevant stakeholders.

Gears of War: E-Day

While at The Coalition, I had the pleasure of working alongside the talented team on GoW: E-Day across multiple verticals including: Gameplay (Sandbox), Campaign, Live Modes and Engine.

My role at The Coalition included…

  • Assist in milestone planning, execution, dependency management and evaluation of priorities in JIRA
  • Leading Director-level “blitzing” and feature prioritization during Vertical Slice hardening on the Campaign team
  • Forged relationships with Sr. Producers and assisted in facilitating high level discussions with leadership around studio and project risk mitigation
  • Owned all playtesting initiatives (processes and playtests) studio-wide, including Gears Play Day, Internal UXR playtests, Milestone reviews and weekly Sandbox design review sessions which helped to inform the wider Gameplay roadmap
  • Collaborated with the Director of Community on community safety initiatives for marginalized groups in the Gears of War 5 community
  • Regularly stood in for the Senior Engine Producer and ran risk mitigation meetings, surfaced project and studio concerns to leadership, facilitated UE5 integration across the studio and assisted in milestone and sprint planning

Rift of the Necrodancer

The NecroDancer’s back in a brand new rhythm game spinoff! Help Cadence navigate the modern world while repairing the rifts that have torn her life apart. Do rhythmic battle via rift mode, minigames, and boss battles! All to the beat of a brand new soundtrack from Danny Baranowsky & friends.

My role and responsibilities on Rift of the Necrodancer included…

  • Monitor and report on overall development risks and roadblocks for the projects to senior leadership team
  • Manage all Publishing projects related to Rift of the Necrodancer including management of the Nintendo IndieWorld showcase

Phantom Brigade

Phantom Brigade is a turn-based tactics video game originally developed by Tetragon Works, but currently being developed by Brace Yourself Games after they acquired the indie studio. Initially in early access on Epic Games Store since November 2020, the full game was released on February 28, 2023.

My role and responsibilities on Phantom Brigade included…

  • Collaborated with developers and Publishing team to write feature descriptions and changes for the game and pushed those updates to our audience via the Steam Store
  • Manage Publishing campaign deliverables related to Phantom Brigade launch and on-going live service updates

Godless

Godless is a rogue-like auto-battler developed by lead designer Danil K. in partnership with BYG.

My role on Godless included…

  • Create roadmap and provide regular status and roadmap updates to senior leadership team
  • Manage internal development resources (QA, localization, design) in scope of the project and studio’s priorities
  • Manage all live service Publishing updates and scope any marketing dependencies that may come up as a result
  • Mentor the Godless team in game development and production best practices

Crypt of the Necrodancer: Synchrony (DLC)

Crypt of the NecroDancer: SYNCHRONY is a massive new content pack for Crypt of the NecroDancer! It adds online multiplayer (co-op and vs), three new characters, full mod support (and built-in mod portal), new items, enemies, traps, and more!

My role and responsibilities on Synchrony included…

  • Monitor and report on overall development risks and roadblocks for the projects to senior leadership team
  • Lead Roadmap planning activities including feedback collections, requirement gathering, initiative build out, feature breakdown and estimations and resourcing that aligns with studio and product goals
  • Manage all live service Publishing updates and scope any marketing dependencies that may come up as a result
  • Mentor the Synchrony team in game development and production best practices

Cobalt Core

A sci-fi roguelike deckbuilder with a deep new single-axis spin on tactics games! Dodge missiles, line up your cannons, and blast ’em out of the sky… Then get to the bottom of these time loops, before it’s too late!

My role on Cobalt Core included…

  • Manage all live service Publishing updates and scope any marketing dependencies that may come up as a result
  • Monitor and report on overall development risks and roadblocks for the projects to senior leadership team
  • Mentor the Cobalt Core team in game development and production best practices

Super Raft Boat Together

The world’s been flooded. All you have left is your Super Raft Boat… and your friends! Work together to expand your raft while fending off the strangely violent (and wealthy??) creatures of the sea in this multiplayer roguelike shooter. Will your crew survive and reach the Final Island?

My role and responsibilities on Super Raft Boat Together included…

VCT Masters Madrid (2024) Clove Release

I was brought on as a consultant to lead the English-channel social moderation team during the release of Clove.

Call of Duty: NEXT

The Call of Duty: NEXT event revealed the new Call of Duty Titles: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty Warzone Mobile games.

My role was Production Manager on a team of Production Managers with OS Studios.

Unleash The Feast

Unleash the Feast is the show on Twitch where chefs have to keep their knives and minds sharp as they battle each other in a trivia/challenge-driven cooking competition.

My role was Production Manager on a team of Production Managers with OS Studios.

NBA 2KL Draft

The sixth annual NBA 2K League Draft will be held virtually on Thursday, January 26th at 8 p.m. ET and livestreamed on the NBA 2K League’s Twitch and YouTube channels.

My role was Social Media Producer during the NBA 2KL Draft.

Nintendo IndieWorld

Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase is a presentation of upcoming independent games for the Nintendo Switch. This IndieWorld project took place on April 19th, 2023.

My role was Senior Publishing Producer on this project, and our game “Rift of the Necrodancer” was featured in it.

Method: Classic Race to World First

Over 20 players and 12 commentators flew across the globe to the “Poker Go Studios” in Las Vegas to participate in this iconic event starring some of the most influential talent in the World of Warcraft community as they celebrated the re-release of one of their favorite childhood games.

My role was Associate Broadcast Producer during this event.

Monster Mayhem (Apex Legends)

This tournament featured 12 squads: two Monster teams featuring Twitch streamers LuluLuvely, Tyler “TeePee” Polchow and Tanner “Rogue” Trebb; five community teams sourced through public play-in rounds; and five Twitch streamer teams featuring five captains and their squads. Teams will participate in a Kill Race format where points will be earned for number of kills and placement in each round. Most points wins!

My role was Production Manager on a team of Production Managers with OS Studios.
